SCA offers a very competitive benefits program. The following is a list of benefits that are offered:

Medical:
Plans are available through nationally recognized providers, for example: BlueCross BlueShield.

Vision:
Routine vision coverage is provided.

Prescription Drug Coverage:
SCA offers tiered prescription drug coverage. A mail order prescription service is offered to help you save money on maintenance prescriptions.

Dental:
Dental Insurance is provided by Delta.

Flexible Spending Accounts:
A way to save money from your paycheck to help cover medical and day care expenses.

Short-Term Disability:
SCA offers short-term disability coverage for all employees. This is company paid.

Long-Term Disability:
Long-term disability is offered to employees. 60% coverage is paid by SCA. Employees can increase their coverage by paying an additional cost.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP):
A confidential counseling and resource service paid for by SCA.

Investment and Retirement Plan:
SCA offers a 401K plan with a generous company match and immediate vesting.

In addition, the plan also features an Enhanced Defined Contribution, funded by SCA, which allows you to invest these funds similar to your 401K plan. Employees are vested in the Enhanced Defined Contribution Plan after 3 years.

Life Insurance:
Life insurance is provided to protect your loved ones. SCA offers the following:

Basic Life:
2x base salary, which is company paid.

Accidental Death
2x base salary, which is company paid.

Supplemental Life:
Spouse and child life policies are available at SCA's group rates.

Educational Assistance:
Offered after one year of service.

Business Travel Accident Coverage:
Employees traveling on company business are covered in the event of accident or death. This benefit is company paid.

Vacations and Holidays:
Paid vacation and holidays are allocated yearly.

Employee Referral Program:
Earn extra money by referring a qualified candidate to work for SCA.

Scholarship Program:
Children of SCA employees are eligible.

Maternity Benefit:
Eligible employees will be provided 12 weeks of time off to care for their new addition.

SCA as Plan Sponsor reserves the right to, at any time, change or terminate benefits under the Plan, to change or terminate the eligibility of classes of employees to be covered by the Plan, to amend or eliminate any other plan term or condition, and to terminate the whole plan or any part of it.
